HP Activities is community-focused and thus has built strong partnerships with various organizations to promote and facilitate sports and physical activities in the local community. With Cumbria Cricket (CC), HP Activities supports the development of cricket and provides inclusive opportunities for children to participate in both competitively and non competitively across the county. We also work with Lords Taverners, which is committed to enhancing the lives of young people through cricket, to deliver programs that improve social inclusion and physical health.
We are currently delivering a SEND programme within schools/ educational settings which is aimed at those with disabilities aged between 12-25, enabling them to play both table cricket and softball. Hannah also organises the Table Cricket County competition which takes place annually.
Another program we run with lord taverners is called Super 1s. This is a disability Cricket session that takes place out of school time. Again it is aimed at 12-25 year olds and this gives these people the cancer to play in a community setting, it also focuses on individuals personal development.
We are also involved in supporting the following sessions that run throughout the year- Girls MCC hub, All stars, dynamos, comets and Ladies Softball.
We also work with Cumbria Cricket delivering a holiday programme over the summer holidays, providing lots of different activities for children to take part in during the school break.
In collaboration with the Football Association (FA), HP Activities delivers football coaching sessions for girls ages 4+, helping them to develop their football skills and increase their confidence.
Hannah has also taken on a role as Strategic Lead to work with primary and secondary schools to help provide more opportunities for girls to play football. Click Here
Working with the Youth Sport Trust and Sandside Lodge School (lead inclusion school in cumbria), HP Activities promotes inclusive sport and physical education in schools across the area, encouraging children to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
HP Activities also works in partnership with Active Cumbria (AC), to increase opportunities for physical activity and sport in the community, particularly in deprived areas. Through collaborations with Park Play, Ulverston Town Council (UTC),

School festivals- we help support and deliver at festivals throughout the year
Older Adult Activity Sessions in local community settings
Chair Based exercise sessions- we run a move for health session every friday at Croftlands Community Centre
Teacher CPD- provide football, rounders, boccia and table cricket sessions
Community Events- we are keen to support any events that take place in the local area
Barrow Raiders Ladies, HP Activities is the proud sponsor of Hannah sherlock, we regularly attend the Ladies home games.
Ford Park work with ford park deliver the HAF programme and we also use their grass to run some sessions over the summer terms
Furness Catholic Federation (St Marys School Ulverston) We have gained a great relationship with st marys primary school over the past 2 years. We run PE and Afterschool clubs there throughout the academic year and the school has become a venue for many of our sessions- football sessions, half term activities, and our adult classes too. They have been the host of some of our community events, as well as us being involved in many of their events too.
